I don’t know why, but ending A makes the most sense to me, even though I keep going for ending B every time. Michael wants Trevor gone at the start. Ending B makes no sense at all if you chose that in your first playthrough-'Hide while you still can, I’m gonna kill you!' Ending C, the happy ending, makes sense too, but I still feel like ending A makes a lot more sense. I don’t know why though.

People really need to stop glazing Trevor and over-hating Michael over this ending.
